We are a family of 5 living in Feltham. Our original house had only 3 bedrooms and we wanted to treat our elder daughter with her own bedroom. We first discovered iPlans through a family friend who shed the details and we came to the point where iPlans would be a good start to our construction. We wanted to get a rear extension to be able to get an extra bedroom for one of our children. We were thinking a lot about this for the past few years and finally were able to go forward with our plan. We were aware that our ideas may be slightly altered because of small obstacles along the way, but we are happy with the final project.

While our starting idea was to get a rear extension, Ant gave us the idea to get a loft conversion in order to get two bedrooms and a bathroom, and so we proceeded with that idea as we thought it was very reasonable and we were very fond of it. iPlans worked very closely with us, answering any questions and clearing our doubts that we had a very clear understanding of each step and also linked our ideas with iPlans’ ideas to create a project we are beyond happy with.
