The iPlans Story

iPlans was founded by Anthony Bray in 2012 in Bristol.

The business started as a small local Architectural Services company with Ant and his team of CAD operators working on a number of bespoke design projects.

The company has been steadily growing over the past 8 years and now employs 10 members of staff and a number of contractors who help manage the company and their growing number of clients.

Ant decided a number of years ago to specialise in Permitted Development and is very proud of the in-depth knowledge the company has in this area.

It can be a complex area of planning but with the help of an in-house Town Planner, iPlans ensures they deal with every application that comes through the company with care, attention to detail and aiming for success. 

Advice can also be provided on building regulations, structural calculations and party wall.

iPlans is based in Enfield and covers North and South London and the M4 corridor back to Bristol.

Ant and his team are dedicated to the success of iPlans with a focus on providing an outstanding service to clients.
