Mike and his wife were looking to move back to Surrey to be close to their family and decided a bespoke annex at the bottom of their daughter’s garden sounded like a great idea but had no knowledge on the legalities involved for the project.

After finding iPlans online, we assured Mike that he didn’t have to worry as we would guide him through the process from start to finish. A meeting took place between Mike and Anthony, the iPlans founder and designer, to discuss ideas for the project. An initial sketch was put onto paper, then iPlans got to work turning Mike’s dream into reality.

We included all of their wishes, and once planning permission was granted Mike was able to start the internal design.
