We found iPlans online a few years ago when we were looking to extend our kitchen.  Working with them was so easy and enjoyable that when we got our second property, we decided not to look any further.

We were lead step by step by the iPlans Team who advised us on what will be better and more cost effective for our new project, as we wanted to have both a loft conversion and rear extension. During our loft building works we had some complications.

With slight amendments we were able to prove that we were building according to all rules and allowances.  Thanks to them we did not have to take everything down! Our house is still a massive building site, but it is lovely to know that there is someone who can lead you through this tough process.
